We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless defective.

To maintain your jewelry's shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in the Zeraki pouch provided.

Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?

Yes, all Zeraki Jewels come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
