At Zeraki Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original designer box and velvet pouch, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
